Leave Google for Amazon

Hello,
I'm a Google TSE ( Cloud Support, LATAM Offices)
I joined Google 7 months ago, The journey had been really exciting.
One of the reasons I joint the company is because one of my purpose is to have an international career ( outside Latinamerica). I confirmed Google has an open internal mobility policy that fits with this.

But I have to say that Compensation is a little below others options in the region, for similar roles.
Recently I was contacted by an Amazon recruiter and I'm under the interviews process.

I'll do my best and see what happens but in case of success, I have a lot of doubts, the Amazon role is also a Support role, but the compensation is 0.25% + higher.

My main doubt is if should I leave Google for Amazon?
How is the internal mobility policy at Amazon ? ( This is more important than compensation, I could live with earning less but having more chances of having a transfer to USA or Europe ).
