Epic Games - Outside Work Policy?

At Amazon, there's a policy in place around game development. It says that they have full rights to what you make, and that you can't collaborate with anyone on any games, even for like a game jam.

Does Epic have something similar? I understand the first part, but not being able to participate in game jams in my time at Amazon has been depressing. I want to be able to collaborate with people again, even if it's not for money.
