Equivalent of L6 eng at both places, looking for advice on where to head. Appreciate comments on people, culture, learning opps, etc. at both companies beyond the poll.
Interest in team and people at either place roughly equal, with maybe a slight preference to people I met at R.
TC comparable if R’s valuation reaches target within a year.
FB: 550K, 100K sign on. ~1.3:1 cash:rsu
R: 460-615K (dependent on target valuation 8B-18B) ~1.1:1 cash:rsu at 18B valuation
Trying to figure out: a) where I can grow and learn more, b) amt of bureaucracy and politics, c) how much company cares about people growth and health (will work hard, but do not want to kill myself).
Thoughts?

Roblox has a lot of room to grow. Their leadership is also good. With very less politics and much more focus on building stuff/execution.
Fb e6 expectations are unreal. Every 3 months in perf cycle they're expected to deliver an e6 level project
Very few survive e6 for long.
I would go with Roblox. Very good chance to become a high leader there also
Can I point to the elephant in the room?
Paper money?
