I have offer from Cashfree. Cashfree is payments startup in India like Razor pay. 19LPA-TC 19L- CTC Rakuten HR is ready to match the cashfree offer. I have currently interviewed with Amazon and hoping for an offer. 25LPA- TC 44L- CTC Cashfree and Amazon is on- campus and cannot be negotiated. I am currently negotiating with Rakuten. I am in final year of Bachelor's from IIT(India) and would be joining an org as a fresher. Any suggestions which organisation should I join? In Rakuten , the work would be related to dev-ops but position would be associate software engineer. #engineering #software #swe #fresher #offers
Don't join Rakuten, working with past Rakuten employees didn't have a positive experience.
+1 to flipkart, I interned with Rakuten, not a great experience, codebase is very old, also most of the exciting work happens in Japan
