Hi all, wondering how you feel about qualcomm. I might be joining as a SW Engineer in a 5G/LTE team. Read some posts from last year in which people are hating on the company. This would be my first job right after bachelors. Looking forward to reading your comments/insights.

Great company to join if youre joining the modem team. Tons of stuff to learn. People hate for a variety of reasons. Take them with a pinch of salt. But know when to exit as well.
How many years have you worked there and how many more years do you plan to stay?
4 years. No plans to exit now because of the recent pay structure upgrade , they pretty much have shortened the paygap. May look for exit after having earned money after 5G commercialisation.
