Qualtrics- unit price
In general I don’t know how to understand any pre IPO company’s RSU value. How do I know that? In specific, what is the value that you associate to 1 RSU of Qualtrics? Please answer genuinely as I am trying to understand if the offer is good or not.

$6.19/share is the most recent firm data that we have. Anything other than that is pure speculation. But $12 is laughable.

So it's IPOing at $18-$21 range . Highly overpriced ?
VC round was 6.19 a share. Currently is likely around $12/share
Where the hell did you pull $12 from?? You’ve been overly euphoric about the IPO potential in justification of staying there.
What is projected revenue? 10-12x multiple. Easy
