In general I don’t know how to understand any pre IPO company’s RSU value. How do I know that? In specific, what is the value that you associate to 1 RSU of Qualtrics? Please answer genuinely as I am trying to understand if the offer is good or not.
Offer details?

More than $12.
It was 2.8 B after the money 17 months ago. https://www.forbes.com/sites/alexkonrad/2017/04/12/qualtrics-reaches-2-5b-valuation-with-new-180m-fundraise/ Is it at least 5.xB now?

VC round was 6.19 a share. Currently is likely around $12/share
