Hello my friends and family of the blind community, I wanted to see what type of questions are being asked for Enterprise Service Manager at Qualtrics? I am on the second round after the initial call with a recruiter and the head of the department. Also what would be the expected TC for Chicago/Seattle? The recruiter said there will be total of 5 rounds and a HC review like Google. I kind of want to move fast as I have an offer for an internal transfer as a product manager (similar TC) at New Jersey and another interviews lined up for Wayfair in Boston. TC: 200k Yoe: 10y #bizdev #bizops #strategy #enterprise

If you are coming in as non eng people manager L5~7 (sounds like you should come in as L7 but they might low ball you with L6, and absolutely do not take L5). Your base should be around 180K~. Not sure about RSU for non eng folks. The bonus is 10% for meeting the expectation. That alone should be close to your current TC.
Thank you! Today I was told 15% for the bonus but pretty weak rsu for about 30k to 50k for 4 years. This kind of sound like an lowballed L6 offer? I hear a lot of good stories about the culture and refreshers so i am definitely looking forward to it.
