Qualtrics Offer
I am considering a Qualtrics offer for Staff level in Seattle. Base: 200K Bonus: 20% RSU: 600K (total for 4 years) Is this reasonable? What are other people seeing?
It’s a very good offer for Seattle. I haven’t seen 3 times the base as RSU’s. In fact this is better than Bay Area where the tech salaries are generally on the high end. Go for it.
If there’s any room for base salary negotiate but overall the offer is pretty good for Seattle.
This is for staff. I thought they paid better then ZG. This is what senior engineers get nowadays.
Do senior engineers get 600K RSU’s ?
About 400K and 100K signon
Current role and TC?
Staff gets 260k refreshers btw. So once those all get rolling you'd be around 500k TC.
Nice. Is remote work possible at qualtrics or do they prefer some sort of hybrid?
Qualtrics is hybrid, 3 days office 2 days wfh
