Got an offer from Qualtrics - is it a good company? Benefits are lower in comparison to other companies...

I’m not asking about comp, but about the company. It doesn’t matter if they offered me 500k or 1MM
Friend works there. Growing company based out of Utah. Mormon culture, moreso there. Seattle just moved to new offices. Check about the WFH policy, as I've been told they don't allow it which is a big deal.
Annadotal: known three people there all GTFO, horrible attrition and at one point were highly encouraging employees to "recruit" friends.
Stay away. They find something to discriminate you. They revoked my job offer because they realized that I do not have a BS Degree in Computer Science. Wtf?..
Search Blind. There were quite a lot of posts about Qualtrics. I got an offer as well and did not join them as I had a much better offer from other company. Without competing offer, their offer might be quite low (eg same as Microsoft but with worse benefit). I think they only have two weeks of vacation. Sick days might not exist. Benefits and stock in general were very disappointing despite it is not a public company.
Did some search but couldn’t find much. Thanks for sharing your experience. I have competing offers and they improved their offer a few times already. They have a cap in salary around 200k so it’s a big gamble around rsu and potential IPO. I don’t like their three years policy also. Benefits are lower than any other company out there.
What’s their 3 year policy if you don’t mind sharing?
Qualtrics is a f***d up company. Its based off UT and they are a survey company. So, what ever tech you do... its not going to take you anywhere in your career. Also one BAD THING I heard is after they collect survey info, they sell it to third parties
