Qualtrics recent stock refreshers
Can anyone at Qualtrics seattle engineering team share what refreshers they got? Heard it was way above the target refreshers like 2x. What were the numbers for L5 eng? #Qualtrics

Hearing $200k-$300k for Seattle L5, even one L4 said $240k.

Wow this is great! Looks like you guys have great performance multipliers like Facebook does. Do you know if anyone with meets expectations got 200k+ for L5?

I think most people with 200k+ are not exceeds. Exceeds is probably closer or even greater than 300k.
250k over 4 years (with exceeds expectations rating) Target was 180k so very happy with what I got!
