Hi, I had recently interviewed for an Amazon L6 Sr BIE role but was offered a L5 BA role. I declined that offer and have tried applying to other open BIE roles at L5 but cant seem to get any calls. My recruiter sent my profile to other hiring managers and they mentioned that the feedback says you will be a good fit as a BA. Q) Does the feedback that any other recruiter sees have explicit comments such as consider for BA not BIE and is that the reason for not getting any calls? Q) Is there a time after which the feedback is no longer relevant and I can reapply for L6 BIE positions? Between..I only had a round of Sql and the rest were all LP. There was no python or modeling and so am curious if this shows up in the feedback as well and is there a way to request to be tested for these and be considered for BIE. TIA! All past feedback is open to recruiters and HMs. If the last interview was in a short time span, it could be the reason. Your better bet is to get an employee referral.
Is there a way to know what the feedback says?
So, you PS'd and looped and the competency was pegged at 5, you turned it down and now think you can apply for other L5 roles? People probably think you're an arrogant moron. You blew it,dude

Hi, I would have but the pay offered as a BA was far lower than what I currently make.
