I am currently entertaining an offer from Apple for a Senior Software Engineering position with 15 years of experience. I am currently Sr. Staff. Salary: 185k Signing Bonus: 60k RSUs: 200k Looking at it, only the salary represents an increase (of about 12%). The signing bonus covers the annual discretionary bonus I'd get where I'm at the next month and RSUs I have vesting in 2 months. The RSUs effectively replace my existing ones that I'd lose. It's better, but not terribly exciting coming from what I have now. I'm curious from those who know Apple better, is this pretty much what I can expect?
Yes, that's the average ict4 offer. You need some competing offers to get a better one from Apple.

TC is (4 * 185 + 60 + 200) / 4 = 250K Should be at least 350K
