I just interviewed there. I was expecting it to be like an early FANG but I didn't really get a great vibe from people I met. Would like to know of there are teams/product areas that are actually exciting

Basically people just working on integrations and so nothing really that's too exciting or pushing any limits or too innovative. Also generally most people in HQ I talked to didn't have a lot of experinece <=5 years

What makes Stripe the hot new place that keeps coming up? Just the culture/talent or has there been actual business success over rivals?
Exactly I wasn't even aware of Stripe before Blind. It's because of high TC I guess.
Cause they're a pre-IPO unicorn?
