Questions for Google UX Design Exercise Committee
Anybody from Google that can tell us how does the committee actually judges the design exercise? How many people are actually in this committee? What red flags do you look for? Also, why don't you ever provide actual feedback?

Show good process, showcase visual design skills, protoyping if you can, and out of the box thinking.
How many designers per committee? How do you decide who goes to the next round? Vote? What weight does an employee referral has at this point?

It's all on a rating system. Referrals do help. TBH, I would focus less time on these questions and more time on doing your best with the exercise. 🤗 that's what you have most control over.
Attain multiple referrals to skip committee
Do you know the number of referrals needed?
Tbh, strong 2/3 should be more than enough in any organisation
