The engineering manager and director from a company I have an offer from emailed me to ask them any questions I had. I've already had conversations with both of them on the phone and also met the EM. Is it considered rude to not respond to these emails if I don't actually have any questions? How should I respond to them to make sure they don't think I'm not interested in the company?
Ask about vision/direction of team and department for the next 6 to 12 months.

They might be wondering if you're going to accept the offer. Or what is taking you so long in deciding. If you've accepted already, ask about next steps, start date, what technologies you could start brushing up on. and tell them you can't wait to start

Never leave the company hiring you hanging. Also, I'm sure you can come up with some meaningful question. You're smart enough for them to want to hire you so I'm sure you can come up with a question.

Don't ask the same questions.. maybe ask what makes them stay with the organization.. what makes a successful employee there. What have you already asked?
