Hi Team Blind, I have made to final round F2F Quicken. I heard there is a code pair and panel interview. LC easy? medium? Work simulation? Any guidance will be appreciated. I have been going through glassdoor for interviews but seems like it varies a lot. This is for a full stack position. PS: After months of trying I have been finally made it to an onsite. I know its not FAANG but am really happy my work is showing some results. TC : <100K
I think it will greatly depend on which team is conducting the interview. When I went through the interview process ~2 years ago I was not asked any algorithm/LC type questions or asked to whiteboard anything, neither was I asked to pair and work through a problem or task. It was an hour long interview with questions diving deep into my experience and some high level solutioning type questions like what would you do in X or Y scenarios. Your experience may vary based on your YOE, mine was around 9 at the time I interviewed.
I got YOE <2
I know people who work there and if you can breathe they’ll hire you
Not even LC levels but most of it can be found in Glassdoor. The F2F panel, in my case, were roughly 6 people that you would probably be working with. The only gripe that I had was the recruiter provided an old resume to the panel that I have since changed.
Hmm, I have been searching on glassdoor. I dont see anything LC related there. I did see one binary search related question but that was a years ago. Seems interview process varies like how @dEpl33 was saying. Regardless, thank you for your help
