I’m currently in a TPM role (contract) at T-Mobile and have received a full-time offer from a startup for a PgM role. The compensation is the same so no increase there but it’s a permanent position. I’m really confused if I should take the job since it’s a full-time one with benefits or stay in the current role (that I like) and hope it might get transitioned to a full-time eventually. Any suggestions Blind Family? #programmanager #offer TOE: 6yrs+ Masters PM Exp: 2.5yrs TC: 100K
Don’t forget you get some benefits as FT that you don’t get as contractor.
Do you think t-mobile full time will pay similar to the startup. As others mentioned, ft is far better than a contract
I'm in the same boat. Think I'll go the FTE route.
Thanks for the advise everyone, I have been thinking the same and decided to go for the Full-time opportunity. Appreciate your stopping by and helping!! 😇😌
