I’m an M2 at Facebook and I need to leave. I’m burnt out and unhappy with the organization I am part of. I was never that happy with Facebook philosophically. I’ve been looking at roles at Apple and Google and I’m wondering if they are likely to be competitive.
In both cases three are “Senior Manager” roles, level 7 at Google and I don’t know what at Apple. This year Facebook will pay me north of 1M but this isn’t sustainable (cliff), it will fall down to around 800k next year.
Im curious whether I can expect competitive or ideally better comp in the long run and whether there are any work environment or cultural issues I should be wary of.
TC: 1M

Jk, I know cliff is not the reason you’re quitting, it’s other things that you mentioned.
Leave FB.
Stress depends on the org. If you want any referrals ping me.
