Feels like every one of my boss in hierarchy up-to l8 are not efficient at all! Especially the product managers. This is really frustrating me.
Due to recent org restructuring, They are new in the space our team works on.
What triggers me is that they are so slow in grasping the new concepts. They can not understand the design documents due to their own gaps of understanding. They sometimes do not even read entire documents
And then provide feedback - I think doc can be made more clear, etc ! Like come on ! This is a complex space, you need to put your minds at work to grasp it.
What to do? Whom to complain #amazon
