Fb infra is mostly c++. Amazon/aws infra is java. Netflix is java.
Uber?
Airbnb?
Lyft?
Apple?
Google, I know GCP is c++. Is there any java backend other than android, etc..
I was into java, fb is c++ and my dev efficiency has gone down by 40%. Wondering if there is enough market for c++, is it worth all the pain. I dont have any problem learning new language for fun but c++ debugging and dev is super painful.
I am a infra engineer so not interested in anything else.
