How do you motivate yourself into full on interview prep mode?

Last time I was in the market, I was desperate to switch. So I buckled down & did really intensive prep & it paid off. I'm thinking of starting interviewing again, but I'm just not motivated enough because things are mostly decent at my present place (decent TC, decent work, OK manager). Plus I have a lot of things on my plate workwise, so getting time to study is also hard. Anyone else who faced this situation? How did you motivate yourself?
