I recently interviewed for two sr pm roles at Twitter. This has to be one of the worst interview experiences for me.
The recruiter ghosted me after I spent 15+ hrs on jobs to be done case study (believe me it’s a shitty case study and even Twitter folks are trying to get ideas from folks). Until this point I had great feedback from hm and screening call but after submitting the case it was radio silence.
Other companies such as uber make you so case studies but atleast they let you present your work during jam session and then they might say no. It feels like the effort is appreciated. #product #productmanager #productmanager
@dorsey, or other pm folks at Twitter if you want good PM folks at Twitter this process needs to change. Also please ask your recruiters to be considerate of other people’s time.
