      These are zone 1 numbers, apparently there’s a significant difference once you’re on lower zones (3-4)

      I got about a million dollar in stock for my L5 offer at Google. It's rare but G has no max like FB.
      Not probable to get it from G though.
      FB throws out max equity to almost anyone (which is good)
      For FB L5 I have seen 3 YOE guys get offers. So maybe that's the threshold

      AFAIK the top for remote in a non-expensive location could be around 375 TC, so Seattle area could be a bit higher, even towards 400 in good cases. Different counties in WA also affect.
