I went through an onsite at Meta. Still waiting for feedback but want to prepare an offer in mind if selected. I am hardware engineer and not software.
Current TC: 380 L6.
15 YOE.
Meta ask: 250k base, 250 stock and bonus.
Does this sound good ?
Most likely E5. Could be E6 as I have pushed interviewers during the calls and highlighting my experience well.

You don’t need to request an offer, they’ll tell you how much their initial offer is, and you can negotiate from there. The recruiter will tell you what the max amounts are for each pert of the TC, so you can negotiate to there if you have good counter offers.
I would like to learn this as well.
