Flexport Refreshers?

Does flexport have refreshers for SDEs? Do you run into a cliff after 4 years? Also are there any annual/merit bonus or base salary increases?

  • Yes there are refreshers after 2.5 years. We have review cycles twice a year, promotions can happen at either cycle. There are annual merit increases after the second review cycle.
