Without a doubt, fb or google. More biased towards Google. Chime is great but I wouldn’t have come here as my first job. But then, you also mention that you have already done 5+ internships so that’s almost an year of experience. Personally, I would have picked Google.

No, it’s to do with ramping. Also, other new grads join with you. You can network and create connections. You can explore your interests because fb and goog are huge companies and they work on literally everything you are taught in Computer Science. Compilers - yes. Computer Vision - yes, Databases - yes. Security - yes. I don’t think you’ll get those in a smaller company like Confluent or Chime or Square

Any reason why you are biased towards Google as the first job(OP also mentions he is a new grad) over Meta?

Meta WLB is team dependent. You should mention the team for others to comment

Only an idiot would put chime over meta. Go to Meta, work hard, learn and get out in 4 yrs. You barely make money as new grad. Most ipo riches belong to senior engineers and upper management

Anyone telling you about Facebook 's bad press regarding job search shouldn't be taken seriously.

The numbers seem kind of low. Did you not negotiate? Are these pre negotiation numbers?
