I got my first job offer out of college. I’m in the early stages of the interview process with Microsoft, and Amazon for full-time and iHeartMedia for an internship. I value any input, thank you! Should I accept this offer or continue interviewing?

  • A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.

    Buy time -> then accept it -> push back join date - > keep interviewing - > if get better offer then renege, else just join.

      Okay, Collins Aerospace is in North Carolina. Microsoft, and Amazon are most likely remote.

    You can get a full time offer, you don’t need to intern out of college. 80k is admirable start but you’d get a higher offer if you keep interviewing. Recruiters may not like this mindset but if you feel crunched with your Edward Jones deadline you can always accept and reneg. This isn’t college anymore, they can’t hurt you if you do reneg.
