Current Comp: 44 L

They are playing giving very less, Current offer 37 base, 2 joining bonus and 4 variable bonus
10000 stock options at 5$ each.

    Company is more than 1 person. There are bad and good moments here just like in any other company. You need to have your own experience to decide. Some days I also wish I had another job, some days I don't. The longterm I believe that Harness has a bright future. Just look further than one day, week, month ahead. Concentrate on good and don't let bad people push you around. Be yourself. IMHO.

    • Two months is a random number used here to denote short time he has already had 4-5 months and I think even a month is enough, if it's this bad. Also, however hard he works it's not going to make a dent in his life because he has not gotten that much stocks or anything to make a bank. So why burn your life when there is very small upside. He had the same offer from public companies but went here to try startup for once
