We’ve been fighting to get better dev equipment for a while now and I think it’s finally happening. The windows machines were so slow that they are completely refreshing them. Macs apparently are just getting a bump in ram.
Which got me thinking...
What are the specs for everyone else?
Do your machines suck too?
Old dev specs:
* Windows (i5-7300u 2.5/3.1GHz 16GB DDR3)
* macOS (i7-8750H 2.2/4.1GHz 16GB DDR4, Radeon Pro 555X)
New dev specs:
* Windows (i7-8850H 2.6/4.3GHz, 32GB DDR4, NVIDIA GTX 1050)
* macOS (i7-8750H 2.2/4.1GHz, 32GB DDR4, Radeon Pro 555X)
