Radio Silence from Amazon recruiter

So I applied for an SDE 1 role at the Luxembourg office on their career website in October last year. First, they rejected me in November. But later in February, they said they are reconsidering my application. They sent me a link to an online test and after completing it successfully, they sent me another link to a test. Later in March, I also made it to the phone interview round. But now it has been two weeks since that. BTW they were supposed to be sending me a response within forty-eight hours of the phone interview (LOL?). Last week, I also sent a mail to get a follow-up from the recruiter, but it has been about to be a week since that too. Their application portal says that I am still "under consideration". This is truly agonizing! What should I do? Is this it? Am I rejected? Why don't they just tell me bluntly?
