Hi Guys, I just got an offer from Rally Health for a Software Engineer position. Base: 130k RSU: 40k Yoe: Almost 3 I asked about signing bonuses but the recruiter told me they don't do signing bonuses because of the equity. Not sure if that's true or not since i've seen other Rally Health offer posts with bonuses. I would be working in the DC Office. Any insight on this would be nice. Thanks!

Would you avoid interviewing now? I have a call with a recruiter but don’t want to waste my time if they can’t beat my Amazon comp of 215k 3 YOE. This is for DC fwiw

It’s a good offer. I know of senior engineers in sf location who make a little more than that. All in all, rally is a dying company which pays pig shit tc. If you are ok with that, join.

Don’t ever ask for 1 specific thing in your compensation, just say I am expecting a xyz number for TC. Is there a room to increase anything? Which implies Base/RSUs
