  How do you feel about the job/company? If you’re more passionate about the product then why not? Life’s too short to not be interested in the product you work on. Maybe it works. Maybe it doesn’t. Worst case? They fail, you go back to an established company and are no worse off. People on this forum really blow the whole “startups fail” thing out of proportion. There’s more to life than simply maxing out TC.
