Reached for a remote role in a particular time zone

I live on west coast and I got reached out for a remote role in est, but the company wants me to relocate to est even though it’s a remote role. I can’t relocate anywhere just now. Do I just decline? Or do I take this opportunity to say that I have worked with east coast clients before and make the connection with the recruiter?
