Hi, Can anyone say what the REAL, not the USCIS published, processing times are for I-140 nowadays? I got told that the official USCIS pubslished timeframes are wrong and it‘s actually going to be as double as long as USCIS say. Does anyone know more? Thx
USCIS published is accurate
MS Immigration Team said it‘s not
If you are concerned with time can pay for premium and get answer in 2 weeks
For me it took 2 weeks with premium processing
Pay for premium even if it's from your pocket. Worth it.
I kind of agree with the advice but not sure why, can you please explain how paying for premium is worth?
Premium Processing is not available in my case (EB1 - Manager / Exec) :-(
My brother did through EB1 C last year and got I140 approved in 5 months. Now waiting for green card. Also, I have been looking for an answer for this- is there a minimum number of direct reports you need to apply in EB1 C. Would you be able to tell how many you have? I have heard more the better.
5 months in 2019 under Trump? Seriously?? That’s super fast! Gives me some kind of hope. I have no direct reports. I‘m a functional manager - like a Business Program Manager or similar. But I think I have a strong case anyway. I do most of typical managerial actions. Just no hiring/ firing
I'd like to know this as well. Interested in talking to people going through the process now or those that have in the recent past.
I just started and got my case receipt after 2 weeks
9-18 months
