I am looking at switching to Google as a T3 SRE from Apple (both positions in sf bay area), the recruited is trying to convince me to accept the following comp package: Base: 125 Stock: 250 Starting bonus: 20 I feel that this package is low and would like to shoot for something like this: Base: 140 (below current by 5) Stock: 350 (100k above current) Starting bonus: 35 Is the package laid out reasonable? I have three years experience, a bachelor's degree in CS from a top school, and have several large scale projects under my belt.

Yes it's similar. Competing offers pay a bigger role.
