So I’m in a company which doesn’t/won’t have any hybrid/remote policies soon once delta subsides. I do like to travel and like to work in cafes in different cities and would like to work in a place where it’s more flexible. But been here for around 9 months only, so wondering if it’s a reasonable thing ( I do like my work however)

  • If you have equity you would be an idiot to leave 3 months early. If you do leave though, make sure you make it very clear that their lack of a remote work policy is why you’re leaving #great-resignation

This company is choosing to expose you to health risk, and providing you with a different opportunity than you signed up for 9 months ago. Bail, and make sure they know why.
