Received an RFE on H1-B transfer to Amazon.
Anyone went through this process recently? Immigration firm is Fragomen and service center is California. My role is BIE. How long did it take for your RFE to be processed?

It took a month for them to submit the docs. They are very slow. You need to keep on emailing them. If it's speciality occupation there might be chance course mapping might be asked. You can ask your manager and help him write it. I feel it's better to write it on our own.
I received a rfe last month when filed through fragomen... the attorneys are bunch of lazy folks.. they havnt filed the response yet and its more than 45 days. but not for Amazon switch though..

Looks like Fragomen needs additional fees for expediting the RFE response filing even after having the needed info. Otherwise they would wait till end of 90 days and file it last minute. So work with your Manager / amazon immigration and get that expedited.
Lookup Fragomen on Blind. You will see many rants wrt the pace at which they operate. Considering it's holiday season I would think they will take at least 2 months to prepare the response if the RFE is for specialty occupation.

After filing the h1-b tfr , in how many days did USCIS responded with the RFE . Assuming amazon files in premium ?
