Push them, they will make you L66 as well.
I have seen cases where, to match offer they up level candidate.
And they will just match your current salary with Sign on bonus. (I have seen 2yrs sign on bonus $120k each yr)
If salary is not priority then I would certainly recommend msft.
Just make sure you have competing offer to get better deal (esp. sign on and level). And once you are in, I have also heard people are getting huge Special Performance bonus - which is like huge.
Besides this, msft does have great employee benefits.

You can surely target
190K/400K/120K at L64 ~390K TC.
