Trying to figure out how Reddit is viewed by other companies, especially as compared to Pandora/SiriusXM. How do the levels compare? And any input on what comp should look like for Principal Engineer? (Searched here and the regular salary go-tos with no success) #tc #compensation #salary
Principal Engineer is the highest title for Eng IC and there are only a few of them in the company. We are generally competitive for comp. If you share your YOE and comp expectation, I can give you a better idea
Is Staff the next highest?

Definitely a step up from pandora. Not sure about comp, generally lower than tier2 companies
