Hey folks, I was reached out to about an SRE position at Reddit in NYC (not sure where the office is). Can anyone share some details on what the interview process is like, the culture of the company and what the TC range is?
They don't negotiate base/equity. If you want to boost those you'll need to negotiate your level instead
@UUHd73 OP, What was in the technical interview? Was it coding + questions or just coding? Was it leetcode style?
OP, I have a Reddit SRE interview coming up. Would you mind sharing what kind of troubleshooting question you were asked?
Can anyone share how the interview process went?

Tipping culture is really getting out of control! Waiter gave me ‘a look’ because I tipped her 10% for ‘BAD service!’
Still tired? Lol
To be honest, I’m not sure of the level. They just mentioned that it’s an SRE role. What would the lowest level SRE make there TC?
