Reddit engineering levels and compensation

Can someone from Reddit shed some light on different engineering levels and it's TC range? I couldn't find any info in levels.fyi and on blind. I am interested in Reddit and thinking of interviewing there. I have 6 years of experience and at l63 at Microsoft.

What is your Reddit karma score? I think that weighs into leveling as well

You’d probably be leveled as Senior I or II depending on how you do in interviews. I don’t know the bands off hand but at that level you are probably looking at 160-185 cash + stock (dont know how much). ML engineers have different (higher) pay bands if you go that route.

Thanks for the info. Any idea about stock refresher and yearly bonus Target at those levels?

no real bonus program yet, stock refreshers at I think 2 years (the plan is getting put into place still by HR) and on promotion.

Probably Senior I, which would be around 170 and stock. The equity offer is likely a bit less generous now than when I started, but new hires seem happy with it still
