Anyone here from reddit ? I recently got a job offer and would like to get some insights about the company.
Lol, how has your experience been ?
I love it. Company feels like it's run by adults, has good benefits/comp, values its employees, and actually cares about team diversity.
It’s a shame there haven’t been any new grad openings!
There are.... For the first time
Another Redditor here. Love the company, love the job
How's the work life balance? What kind of stuff do you work on? Do you guys get involved in the sub reddit drama?
Lots of low hanging fruit opportunities. Engineers work reasonable (40-50 hours) and lots of opportunity to grow
10 hour range is pretty big. How often are you on the 50hr side compared to 40?
I'm on the 45-50hr range but all members of my team work between 10-6p.
should definitely accept! the company is on a major upswing compared to years past and a ton of great opportunities right now to learn. Good work/life balance, great benefits, lots of smart people
Another Reddit employee here. I’m a big fan. Lots of upside and ability to actually make an impact
Submitted resume twice. Any idea how I can make my application sign? #shamelessrecruiting
Out of curiosity, do any of the redditors know how long it takes them to get back to you after a referral? It's been a couple of weeks and I haven't heard a peep
Shouldn't take that long, try contact the recruiter
It was a referral - contact my referral friend instead?
So fun! Hackathon last week was the best ever
