  CEO was transparently said “we have seen a significant slow down. If things don’t get better we will need to do layoffs. Decision will come in April.” ... April arrived. Sent out morning email explaining that they were going to do massive furloughs, layoffs, and payouts. Then company wide Zoom meeting where he explained. Then individual managers called affected staff

I think the housing market is going to go down over the next two years. But I don't think it's going to crash in the short term due to multi-month mortgage postponment by the government. So there isn't a strong sell pressure yet.

There is, however going to be a large spread and volatility due to low liquidity in the market.
