Home buyers/sellers - I generally see Redfin estimates as higher than Zillow for my apartment in SF. Anyone have any idea what’s the most accurate of these price estimates?

Estimates IMO are indicators that also take into account how crazy the market is, Do you want to put a price on a property just because zillow/ redfin say so?
But the market has slowed down and I am unsure if their algos that run these estimations have caught up yet
