Redmond or sammamish, which area has better prospects to appreciate?
i was hoping prices will correct more but i see again there is again a slight upward swing☹️ which area is better off in this market to buy, decent houses are not staying in the market for a wk and not too much time to think n decide. is there a possibility of further correction in this area?#seattle#redmond

The main issue, I think, is the access roads. The 202 is single Lane and is 35mph in many places and gets backed up easily at times.

Sammamish over and over, tons of families looking to live here because of schools, depending where and home layout you can sell super fast... prices will keep going up...I would buy sooner than later, we are seeing multiple bids again seems like an early spring market.

Redmond. Closer to 405 will be best. Close to 520 otherwise.
Why not sammamish?
Further away, and few roads in and out. No major employers there. Sammamish city council doesn't function very well. Issaquah is a better bet.
