Referral Request for a friend

Hi Folks, I have a friend who recently graduated, recently, from a very reputed University in Bay Area and is looking for full time opportunities. She is from MIS background with more focus towards software engineering/ data engineering. She has a good experience too but she is finding it difficult to land a job. She did interviewed with some good companies like Cisco, Amazon, Workday and a startup but in her onsite there will be one round out of 4/5 which will be okish, but on that company move forward, they won't consider that she is a new grad. She is very disappointed with herself and I would really like to help her. So, please if you guys help her provide some referral in your respective company it would be great help. Thanks
