Lots of banks have a low hiring bar and high firing bar. Be prepared to be surrounded by mediocre folks while being treated like a second class citizen.

Worked at both companies, Go for BB for SWE.
In chase it depends on your line of business. I think we can't coin a company by our own experience j hated BB and I know I would loved it if worked in a different team.
