Referral request - Junior SWE

Hey there blind community,

As a frequent reader of these forums, I’ve seen the power of this community over and over again. I hope the community might be able to help me out in my search for a new position.

I am a junior developer with just over 1 YOE. I came into software engineering in January of 2021- I did an online coding bootcamp and have joined/worked as a junior developer at a seed stage SaaS startup with the following skill set:

- JavaScript almost entirely
- 3rd party API integration (My most recent script manages 10 different API calls, very familiar with understanding API documentation and building it into web applications)
- Node.js
- Cloudflare wrangler dev environment
- I’ve individually built many native APIs with JS that we sell in our APIaaS model
- Relational DB managed by API (Airtable, Google Sheets)
- Google Data Studio

Note: before SWE my early post-university career was in sales. I was the top salesmen in that company for the year of 2020.

I enjoy my work but I desire the opportunity to level up my compensation so I can establish a good life for myself. This is unfortunately not something my current organization is in a position to do.

TC: $60K

I will bring an attitude geared to get the job done and do things right whilst remaining humble and excited to learn the things I don’t know yet.
