Referrals : Salesforce
Hi, I applied to salesforce multiple times and get a reject straight away. Can someone please help me get a referral so that I can get a fair chance to interview with Salesforce #salesforce #interview #referrals
I’m on same boat. Every time I apply even with referral I get rejection email
Referrals at Salesforce only seem to work when the referrer knows the HM. Go figure.
Then why bother having recruiters sitting in the middle matching requirements. What a waste of everyone's time!
Even with referrals, the rejection emails are common. I think recruiters just reject upfront. I hate it when they do it
yes this happens at salesforce. Te recruiters seem rude
I was really annoyed i spoke a recruiting manager she got me in touch with a recruiter. I had called and she seemed very interested and after she asked me to apply to the position to which I seemed like a great match overcall but was rejected when I applied online. She stopped replying to all emails or messages.It has been frustrating :(

the recruiter was from Indiana but was recruiting for a team in SF
Don't worry they are rejecting referrals also
If you applied recently, referral will not help.
Why?
System won’t allow referrals to apply candidates who have applied for a particular job position already.
