Referrals for finance internship

Hi, I'm a software engineer at Facebook. My younger brother is studying Finance and wants an internship for summer 2020 in the bay area where I live. Facebook does not have any relevant roles for him. I see that other companies like Lyft, Waymo and Paypal are hiring Finance interns. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to give my brother a referral. He already has 1 internship under his belt. A referral from blind helped me get into Facebook in the first place too so I'm giving this a shot again.
